Client Booking Portal
What It Is and How To Use It
How It Works
It’s Really Easy to Use
1. Sign in. Enter the email address or phone number I have on file for you. You'll receive a 6-digit code to verify your identity - no password needed.
2. Search. Enter your destination or region, dates, and number of travelers.
3. Choose your hotel + room. Browse available hotels, then select a room to see the different rates available.
4. Book. Choose your preferred rate and complete your reservation right in the portal.
A Quick Lesson on Rates
Not All Rates Are Created Equal
You may see several prices for the exact same room. Here's what those little labels mean:
Direct → Your reservation is booked directly with the hotel.
Non-direct → The rate is sourced through a third-party provider. It may be less expensive, but can have different terms and less flexibility.
Perks → Look for this one! These rates include extra benefits through Fora's hotel partnerships, which may include breakfast, hotel credits, upgrades, and more. You'll see the specific perks before booking.
Refundable / Non-refundable → Always check the cancellation policy before booking. I can't change or override the terms of the rate you select. Seriously, I can't.
My tip: Don't automatically choose the lowest price. A Fora Preferred Partner Rate may cost a little more but include enough perks / flexibility to make it a better value. Make sure you're comparing apples to apples!
When To Use The Portal
How Do You Decide?
Use the portal when you already know what you want or want to do the research yourself.
Book it yourself through the portal. No planning fee.
When you book through the portal, your reservation comes into my dashboard just as if I'd booked it for you myself.
I'll confirm it with the hotel, VIP your arrival, and make sure any eligible perks are attached.
So you get the convenience of booking it yourself without giving up having a travel advisor in your corner.
