Custom Italian Itinerary Planning

A meticulously curated itinerary that captures the soul of Italy the way you want to see it: whether it’s breathtaking panoramic views from Dolomite mountain tops or the wind in your hair as you explore the Amalfi coast by boat, you’ll have everything you need for your trip.

Investment: $500 per week of travel

Note: This service requires a minimum trip spend of $12,000 per week for two travelers excluding flights. Starting budgets vary based on trip type, season and number of travelers.

    A note about dining: While I don't offer restaurant recommendations and reservation services, I would be happy to connect you with the concierge teams at your properties who have the best local knowledge and relationships. Any reservations secured can be added to your final itinerary.

Italian Travel Essentials

The perfect foundation for your Italian adventure. We'll arrange your accommodations, transfers, and one unforgettable signature experience in each city - whether it's a private pasta-making class in Rome or a sunset boat ride on Lake Como. You'll have the structure and highlights handled, with the freedom to explore and discover on your own terms.

    • Consultation call for destination selection and framework

    • Up to 2 hotel selections per location with room category quotes

    • Secured bookings and emailed hotel confirmation(s)

    • Added perks where applicable (generally 4 and 5 star properties)

    • Arrival & Departure transfers

    • One tour/experience per location

    • Email communication and collaboration

    • Digital itinerary

  • Rail planning, intercity transportation, dining reservations, spa or concierge bookings, day-by-day logistics, suggestions of things to do in destination or complex itinerary management. If your trip requires those pieces, the Custom service is the better fit.

Investment: $350 per week of travel

Already have your destination chosen but aren’t sure where to stay? We can help you find the perfect hotel that fits all of your needs, anywhere in the world - perks included.

  • We handle all accommodation bookings for your journey, securing rooms with exclusive perks at carefully selected hotels. Hotels prioritize guests who book through trusted advisors, allowing us to advocate for you before, during, and after your stay.

  • Our planning fees are based on your trip duration and reflect the time and attention required to create your personalized journey. These fees allow us to dedicate ourselves to crafting every detail of your experience.

  • While we can recommend optimal routes and dates, economy airfare bookings are not included in our services. We suggest reviewing flight options before beginning our planning process.

  • During our introduction call, we'll discuss your vision and expectations for your trip and can share what investment aligns with your expectations. We focus on creating exceptional journeys with premium accommodations and carefully curated experiences.
